Learning what works better for me (type of nutrition, cross training, etc)
Long-Term Running Goals:
Running a sub-3-hour marathon is a personal dream. I hope I can gain an edge with all the good advice on here.

Happily married with one kid! I didn't pick up running seriously until junior year at BYU. Now I live in Idaho, where I leave for work at 5am and don't get home until 5:40pm. I still usually manage a good jog on most week days after work, but the weekends are where I try to do enough to see improvement.

Squeezed in a couple of hours in the early AM. My wife got 5 teeth pulled yesterday and the 10-month old is sick I think. Not much time for running!
5 miles in the afternoon for recovery. Didn't feel quite right this week. Probably the new shoes.
